Speed Tether
Will the Roku digital video player work for me if my internet connection is not consistent?
I connect via a modem in my cell phone so I have to be tethered to the computer to connect to the internet. Also, I've tried to watch netflix movies instantly and my connection speed isn't fast enough to prevent it from having to stop ever so often.
Does this mean the Roku won't work for me?
Yes. The Roku depends on your broadband connection. If you have problems with the PC you will have problems with the Roku as well.
