How to clean dri fit clothes?
I was told that because of the special fabrics that are made with all the new dri fit type clothing that they have made a special detergent that cleans and deoderizes the material. They told me that the material actually stores water and can be a health hazard if not cleaned right. Anyone know where to get it?
You can just wash with normal detergent, just hang to dry and DO NOT use liquid fabric softener, as that can actually clog the breathable holes in the clothing. They do make a product for washing performance sportswear, it's called Penguin Sport Wash. I know they sell it at Dick's Sporting Goods. But I'm sure you can always contact them to see where else they sell it. Here is their website:
