ALL BASEBALL CARD COLLECTERS PLEASE ANSWER?
I am an avid baseball card collecter, but have very little experience buying newer (2003/'04 and later) baseball cards. This is a two part question:
1) Which higher-end pack/box brand is the best in terms of overall value for your money (number of total cards in each box/pack AND chances of getting autograph/rookie/relic/refractor etc. cards)?. By higher-end I mean brands like Upper Deck Premier, Allen & Ginter, Bowman, Bowman Sterling or any other that you can think of that has better odds than most retail packs of getting better cards.
2) Which lesser-quality or retail packs would you recommend based on value?

Why would someone answer this question with repeating the question? I hope this guy isn't really in the medical profession,
Any cards made before 1984 are much more scarce, the problem with the entire baseball (and every other major sports cards) nowadays is they're so mass produced none will ever be rare enough to be worth much. Millions are made these days and it would take 80 years to thin out the massive numbers enough to make them "rare".
